I took a cab and brought the kids to Popular Fest early early in the morning to avoid the crowd. Because we were early, so we had our breakfast at the newly open Gudetama Cafe. I realised it is a new Cafe opened in November, and people were queuing for the food. When I went there, maybe due to been in the morning, so there were just a few people. The food there was not cheap though. The kids had cakes, each slice costs about $10.
There were not many people at the Popular Fest. We took our time to walk around, and spend a good 2 hours there. I bought some assessment books and stationary for the kids which cost me $200 plus.
After that, I brought Violet to watch the My Little Pony show at Suntec North Atrium. Initially, I wanted to let her take photos with The little Pony, but I underestimated the power of My Little Pony, the photo passes were all fully redeemed although we were an hour early. In the end, we just watched the show, which was quite boring cause the there were only about four ponies, and they just sang Christmas songs. After that, hubby came to meet us (he took half day) and we had lunch at Ichiban Sushi.
We shopped around Suntec area, and in the evening we went to Ang Mo Kio hub Collins restaurant to have our dinner.
Holidays are great for feasting!
