Dash is a fan of Joe Hisaishi. He loves his piano pieces, especially “Summer”. When Hubby came across this SSO concert performing Joe Hisaishi music pieces, he asked me to get the tickets to bring Dash there.

This is the first time we attended such “adult” concert. Usually, we brought the kids to SSO concerts for kids. Violet was not too keen to listen to the music pieces, maybe because she is too young for it. Dash was really paying attention throughout the concert. Joe Hisaishi is actually a really great composer. His music pieces are captivating, soothing and nice.

It is a pity we can’t see Joe Hisaishi in real person. If he holds a concert here, we will definitely buy tickets to go!
