My husband and I took a Grab to the Blue Boat House in the morning. After spending some time there taking photographs, we decided to walk all the way back to Elizabeth Quay, a journey of approximately 5 kilometres. Along the way, we enjoyed the scenic views and took several photos at Elizabeth Quay.
We then visited the Bell Tower and purchased tickets for AUD15 each to go up the tower. During our visit, we met an Indonesian lady who shared that she had previously lived in Singapore. It was interesting to hear about her experiences and connection to our home country.
After visiting the Bell Tower, we happened to pass by Stirling Gardens and decided to stop for a short visit and take some photographs. We then continued to St George’s Cathedral, where we admired the beautiful architecture and peaceful atmosphere.
After all the walking, we treated ourselves to a Japanese barbecue dinner at a restaurant near our apartment hotel before returning to rest. Later in the evening, we headed out again for some shopping. We visited Kmart, where we found a wide range of products at affordable prices and picked up a few items before calling it a day.
