For Day 2, we had a good breakfast in the hotel. The hotel breakfast serves a wide variety of food and it costs just $180+ per night for 2 rooms which include breakfast. We enjoyed the breakfast!

At about 10am, we walked to Grand Batam mall to shop. It is a huge shopping centre with mainly shops selling stuff from Singapore. We went to a place known as Fun World which is similar to Timezone and we had fun playing with the games. We redeemed marshmallow from the tickets we won from the games.

After having fun, we shopped around the mall. Dash bought a small classical guitar from Gramedia for about S$80. If you buy in Singapore, it will cost about $150.  We had our lunch at a place known as KimuKatsu. I found the katsu taste not so good but hubby and the kids quite like the meal.

After our lunch, we went to Top 100 supermarket to buy more stuff. The stuff at the supermarket are really cheap! We spend just like $20 and got ourselves quite a couple of stuff like snacks and more sanitary pads for myself. 🙂

Because we bought too many stuff, we had to get an extra luggage bag from the mall. We found one that looks good and does not take up a lot of space. It costs about $110.

We just love buying things in Batam!
