Our EC has officially gotten it’s certificate of Completion. That means our warranty with defect team is over and we have to start paying full amount of the cost of the EC monthly. We will be going to the lawyer later to sign some documents. Owing a EC/Condo is really costly. You find yourself ended up with huge amount of loan. I really hope we can pay the loan asap, but the loan is quite an amount which seems like we need to take many many years to do so. I think people living in EC/Condo may not be as well off as people living in HDB.

Time flies, we gotten our keys on 29 June, moved in on 26 July, and now it has been almost a year.

So far, we love our place and the environment, except some defects here and there, especially the flooring. I hope to use some amount of money to redo the whole bedrooms’ laminate flooring to vinyl flooring, as the laminate flooring currently use is quite lousy, once water seeps in, the tile will peel off. Thus year end, we are travelling to only nearby KL and Batam to save up some money for the flooring.
