I bought tickets for The music of Harry Potter at Victoria Concert Hall, so might as well planned for a staycation around that area, since it is school holiday. Eventually, I decided to book Grand Park City Hall through Hoteling, and what bad luck, when we checked in, we realized that Hoteling had went into bankruptcy, and we had to made payment again, even though we had already done so!! It was really a lesson to learn on our side, we have learnt not to to do booking of hotels through agencies anymore, and preferably directly through hotels themselves. I had paid $240 for the hotel stay, and paid another $80 plus to upgrade for breakfast, and now need to pay another $185, so total I had spend was $500 plus just for this hotel stay, very heart pain indeed.

Anyway, we did not do much for our staycation, we just went for the Music of Harry Potter, and shopped around. We bought food back to hotel to feast, and mainly enjoyed watching TV in hotel room. This is just us, we just love to relax and do nothing in hotel room, especially the kids, they really love to do so (maybe because they can be free from homework and revision).
